- 4A visa grant notice or a copy of your visa sticker attached to your passport
- 5A certificate of enrollment
- 6A certificate of payment of tuition fee
- 7A commission fee of 30,000 KRW
- 8A contract of house (in case of external residents) / A dormitory residence certificate (in case of dormitory residents)
Required documents for visa extension

- 4A certificate of enrollment
- 5An academic transcript
- 6A certificate of payment of tuition fee
- 7A commission fee of 60,000 KRW
- 8A contract of house (in case of external residents) / A dormitory residence certificate (in case of dormitory residents)
- 9A bank balance certificate of a minimum of 8 million KRW (relevant to all students)
Int’l Students who need to change from D-10/D-4 to D-2 visa
- 1A completed application form
- 2Two photos of yourself with white background (**For Student who returns from leave, a different photo from your existing alien registration card)
- 3Original alien registration card
- 4A copy of your passport (**Photos taken manually are not allowed)
- 5A certificate of admission (CoA)
- 6An academic transcript, a diploma, and a certification of graduation of the last degree program the student attended.
- 7The transcript, certification of completion, and the attendance sheet from the language course (**necessary only for D4 students)
- 8A certificate of payment of tuition fee
- 9A commission fee of 130,000 KRW
- 10A bank balance certificate of a minimum of 8 million KRW (relevant to all students)
- 11A contract of house (in case of external residents) / A dormitory residence certificate (in case of dormitory residents)

- 1A statement of reasons for extra semester
- 2A bank balance certificate of a minimum of 10 million KRW (arranged as 900,000 KRW per month)
Additional documents for < students with less than GPA 2.0 >
- 1An academic plan
- 2A bank balance certificate of a minimum of 6 million KRW
Additional documents for < graduate students who completed their courses >
- 1A certificate of completion (instead of certificate of enrollment)
- 1An advising professor’s thesis plan
- 2A bank balance certificate of a minimum of 10 million KRW (arranged as 900,000 KRW per month)
